1. Who we are

The Wellness Conduit LLC is an independent insurance agency owned and operated by Paula Holden, a licensed insurance professional. Paula places business as an independent broker affiliated with GFI Global Financial Impact. The Wellness Conduit LLC is a separate business from GFI Global Financial Impact and is responsible for its own website and its own client relationships.

2. Licensing and where we can do business

Paula Holden is licensed under CO License number 932571 and is currently licensed in Colorado, Kansas, Michigan, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, and West Virginia. Additional state licenses may be pending or added over time.

We can only discuss, quote, and place products in states where Paula holds an active license and where the issuing carrier is authorized to do business. If you contact us from a state where Paula is not licensed, she will tell you and will not attempt to sell you a product there.

3. Educational purpose only

Everything on this website is general information intended to help you understand common financial and insurance concepts. It is not tax advice, legal advice, investment advice, or a recommendation about your particular situation. No content on this website creates a client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or an advisory relationship.

4. Insurance products and guarantees

Insurance and annuity products are issued by licensed insurance carriers, not by The Wellness Conduit LLC. Product availability, features, riders, costs, and terms vary by carrier, by state, and by the applicant. Coverage is not in force until the carrier approves the application, the policy is issued and delivered, and the first premium is paid.

Any guarantees described anywhere on this website are backed solely by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing carrier. Carrier ratings are assigned by independent rating agencies and can change. The actual terms of your coverage are set by the policy contract, which controls if anything on this website conflicts with it.

Tax treatment described on this website reflects a general understanding of current federal tax law, which can change. Your results depend on your own circumstances and on the product you purchase.

5. No offer or solicitation

Please answer carrier questions completely and honestly.

Quotes and illustrations are estimates. They are not a promise of coverage or of a specific premium. Final rates are determined by the carrier's underwriting.

8. Text message terms

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our form, you agree that Paula Holden and The Wellness Conduit LLC may contact you by call, text message, and email at that number and address, including by automated means, regarding your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

9. How Paula is paid

Consultations are free to you. When you purchase a product, Paula is generally paid a commission by the issuing insurance carrier. Commission amounts vary by product and by carrier. You may ask Paula how she is compensated on any product she recommends, and she will tell you.

Becoming an agent

The sign up link on this website is for people who want to become licensed insurance agents. It leads to the agent onboarding platform used by GFI Global Financial Impact. Signing up is not an offer of employment. Agents are independent contractors, must hold the appropriate state license to sell any product, and are paid by commission. Nothing on this website promises any level of income.

10. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, photographs, and other content on this website are owned by The Wellness Conduit LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to one hundred dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wellness Conduit LLC and Paula Holden from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your submission of another person's information without their permission.
