Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 14, 2026. Last updated: September 14, 2026.
The Wellness Conduit LLC, operated by Paula Holden, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the insurance and financial services Paula provides as a licensed independent producer.
In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean The Wellness Conduit LLC. "You" means the person visiting this website or requesting information from us.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the consultation request form on this website, you provide your name, phone number, email address, the type of coverage or planning you are interested in, and any optional message you choose to write. If you call, text, or email Paula, we receive whatever information you include in that communication.
If you later decide to apply for insurance or another financial product, the carrier's application will ask for additional information such as your date of birth, address, Social Security number, income, beneficiaries, and health history. That information is collected on the carrier's forms and is governed by the carrier's own privacy notice as well as this policy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site's hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you viewed. This information is used to keep the site working and secure.
This website does not require an account and does not ask you to create a password.
Information we do not want
Please do not include sensitive details such as your Social Security number, financial account numbers, or medical history in the website form or in a text message. If you need to share that information, Paula will tell you a secure way to do it.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your request and schedule a consultation
- Understand your goals so we can recommend appropriate coverage or strategies
- Request quotes and submit applications to insurance carriers on your behalf, when you ask us to
- Service your policy, answer questions, and assist with claims or changes
- Send you information you requested about products and services
- Keep records required by state insurance regulators and carriers
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security problems
- Comply with applicable law
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. Text messaging and calls
When you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Paula Holden and The Wellness Conduit LLC may contact you by phone call, text message, and email at the number and address you provided, including by automated means, about the request you submitted. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may also ask us to contact you by email only.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with Paula. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. For help, reply HELP or call 918-497-6805.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or text message consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number is used only so that Paula can respond to you and service your business.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email, and asking to be removed from email does not stop text messages. Tell us which channels you want to stop and we will honor the request.
4. When we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Insurance carriers and underwriters. When you ask for a quote or submit an application, we provide the information needed to obtain that quote or place that coverage. Each carrier has its own privacy notice.
- GFI Global Financial Impact. Paula places business as an independent broker affiliated with GFI. Information may be handled through GFI's platform for licensing, compliance, case management, and commission purposes.
- Service providers. Companies that host this website, deliver our email and text messages, and store our records may process information on our behalf. They are permitted to use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal and regulatory. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or a request from a state insurance department or other regulator, and to establish or defend legal claims.
- Business transfer. If the agency is sold or merged, client records may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
- With your direction. We will share your information with anyone you ask us to, such as your attorney, accountant, or family member.
5. We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We are not a lead generator and we do not pass your inquiry to a network of other agents. When you contact Paula, you are contacting Paula.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses only what is necessary to display the page and submit the form. It does not set advertising cookies, and it does not run third party advertising or social media tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the font files.
If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Because we do not track you across other websites, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
7. Financial privacy under federal law
As a licensed insurance producer, Paula is a financial institution under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Nonpublic personal information you provide in connection with an insurance product is protected under that law and the privacy regulations of the states where Paula is licensed. We restrict access to that information to those who need it to provide products and services to you, and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards required by federal and state regulation.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about current or former clients to anyone except as permitted or required by law and as described in this policy.
8. How long we keep information
If you contact us and do not become a client, we keep your inquiry only as long as needed to follow up, and then delete it on request. If you purchase a product through Paula, state insurance record retention rules and carrier requirements generally require us to keep client and policy records for several years after the policy ends. We keep records for that period and then dispose of them securely.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of this website's form, access controls, and limits on who can view client files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable state law.
10. Your privacy rights by state
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Know and access. Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct. Ask us to fix information that is inaccurate.
- Delete. Ask us to delete information, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
- Opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit the request.
- Nondiscrimination. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
- Appeal. In several states, if we decline your request you may appeal. Our response will tell you how.
These rights are provided under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, and comparable laws in other states. Information we hold subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act is exempt from some of these state laws, but we will still respond to your request and explain what we can and cannot do.
11. How to make a privacy request
Call or text 918-497-6805, or email thewellnessconduit@gmail.com. Tell us what you would like us to do and give us enough detail to find your records. We will verify your identity before acting, which usually means confirming information we already have on file. We respond within the time required by the law that applies to you, generally 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you, and we may still contact you to confirm.
12. Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If a child's information is provided in connection with a policy application, it is provided by a parent or guardian as part of that application. If you believe a child submitted information through this website, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other websites
This website links to globalfinancialimpact.com, to the agent sign up page at tevahtech.com, and to Paula's profiles on Threads and LinkedIn. Those sites are operated by other companies and have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law changes. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
